- Habit and wellness information, such as your selected habits, habit logs, daily progress, streaks, summaries, avatar state, and related in-app activity.
- AI interaction data, such as messages you send to AIRA, generated responses, and health-related context used to provide personalized guidance.
- Social and connection data, such as friend requests, friendships, and optional phone contact matching results.
- Support communications, such as your name, email address, and message if you contact us through the support page or by email.
- Technical and usage data, such as device or app diagnostic information, IP address, and request metadata needed for security, troubleshooting, and service operations.
2. Information We Collect Only With Your Permission
- Contacts: If you grant permission, HealthAR may access your contacts to help identify people you already know who are also using the app. Contacts access is optional.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide habit tracking, streaks, summaries, avatar updates, and related app features.
- Generate AI-powered wellness guidance and habit-aware responses.
- Support social features such as friend discovery, friend requests, and friend connections.
- Respond to support requests, improve the app, maintain security, and debug issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate HealthAR, including:
- Supabase, for authentication, database, and backend infrastructure.
- OpenAI, for AI-powered guidance and chat responses.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that support our website or support tools.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or our services.
5. AI Features
HealthAR includes AI-assisted features. Messages you send to AIRA and related habit context may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. AI output is provided for informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Contact Matching
If you enable contacts access, HealthAR uses phone contact information to help find friends who may already use the app. This feature is optional. If you do not grant contacts permission, you can still use the core app without contact matching.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Support requests submitted through our support page may be stored for follow-up and service operations.
8. Account Deletion and Your Choices
- You can request password reset through the app if you lose account access.
- You can deny or revoke contacts permission at the device level.
- You can delete your account from within the app’s Settings flow. When an account deletion request is completed, associated account data is intended to be deleted from our backend systems in accordance with our service design and legal obligations.

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
HealthAR is not intended for children who are below the minimum age allowed by applicable law in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can review the request.
11. International Processing
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate.
